Introductory- for those of you who have never tried decorative painting or who are just starting out. During the Brushstroke workshop we will learn lots of new brush strokes, loading techniques and all the basics at a gentle pace. Project based workshops take into account that guidance / instruction will be given on new strokes during the day.
Intermediate - aimed at those who have done some decorative painting before and who have learnt the basics such as comma stroke and floating colour. You are welcome to attend workshop aimed at beginners where techniques will be explained step by step.

had great fun in America painting this under the instruction of Dianne.
We painted onto a canvas and I was really plesaed with the finished
piece. I decided to leave the chair arms out ! This beautiful
scene can be painted onto a canvas or surface of your choice.

Ideal class if you are new to decorative painting or just wish for a refresher.
There are three days in all, with each one covering different skills and projects. Projects may vary from pictures shown. The cost of the three day course is £165 and is inclusive of a light lunch each day as well as paints and painting surfaces. You will need your own set of decorative painting brushes which can purchased on the day. Please ask if you require details of local accommodation

Do
you want to start making your own cards? Learn my simple but effective
pen and wash technique to make really professional cards. Many of the
designs, such as the little bird above, have been featured in Crafts
Beautiful. Spend a day in the studio learning this technique on cards
and also try the technique on a small project piece. Various designs available
so you can paint something that you like.

Booking terms and agreement
To cut down on administration the full cost of each course is due at time of booking if one or two courses are booked. If you wish to book three or more at the same time a 50% deposit for each course is acceptable with balance due two weeks before course commencement. By booking on a course you are excepting the terms of booking as set out below.
Cancellations
Refunds will be given only is your place can be re-booked, no refunds given unless your place can be re-booked.
